Residents at 2nd Avenue Commons are not required to utilize a smartphone to enjoy life at our community. Our brand-new apartments offer smart home features in every apartment that would require use of a mobile device should our residents opt to use them.

Residents at 2nd Avenue Commons are responsible for their water, sewer, trash, valet trash, and their internet package, these items will be paid to the property. Residents of 2nd Avenue Commons will set up their electricity account and be billed through the City of Mesa.

2nd Avenue Commons residents can set up their cable service with any provider that services our community. Our Gig Wi-Fi is already pre-installed in all homes and throughout the common areas by National Wi-Fi. You have Wi-Fi within minutes of moving into your new apartment home.

2nd Avenue Commons is a pet friendly community allowing up to two pets per home. We do not have a pet weight limit policy. However, we do not allow aggressive breeds.

Residents at 2nd Avenue Commons will have access to parking that surrounds our entire community on a first come first served basis.

2nd Avenue Commons has a $50.00 application fee per leaseholder plus an administration fee of $200.00.

Residents at 2nd Avenue Commons have many places to shop! There are stores, restaurants, and entertainment within a short walking distance on Main Street, it’s amazing living in Downtown Mesa! Our valued residents will also enjoy multiple nearby grocery stores like Frys on East Broadway and Safeway on East Southern and even more shopping and dining options just miles in each direction!

Second Ave Commons is perfectly planned on 2nd Avenue, between S Robson and S Macdonald. Our main cross streets are Country Club Dr and Broadway Rd.

Residents will find a very easy commute from their home at 2nd Avenue Commons! Quick access to both the US 60 by heading South on Country Club, or the Arizona loop 101 by heading West on Broadway Rd.

For convenience and ease, all apartment homes at 2nd Avenue Commons have a washer and dryer.

At 2nd Avenue Commons the security deposit for an apartment home is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit cost starts as low as $500.00 and can be up to $1,000.00.

At 2nd Avenue Commons each future resident that is over the age of 18 and will be living in the apartment home will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.

Unfortunately, residents at 2nd Avenue Commons cannot make partial payments. If payment needs to be made separately, it cannot be done online. Payment will need to be in the form of a cashier’s check and total due amount brought into the office at the same time.

For 2nd Avenue Commons residents, rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Rent can be made via our online payment portal with credit or debit card, or by using banking account information. If necessary, rent can also be paid to the leasing office in full by cashier’s check.

2nd Avenue Commons does have surveillance around common area parts of the community. The cameras run 24/7. Not all parts of the community are monitored.

2nd Avenue Commons is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments or in the common areas on property.

The closest coffee shops to our community at 2nd Ave Commons are The Nile Coffee Shop and The Lost Dutchman. Both locations are just less than a half mile away. A couple miles away from Second Ave Commons you will find Starbucks and Dutch Bros too.

2nd Avenue Commons apartment homes is in the Mesa School District. We are a very quick commute to Mesa Community College (MCC), and Arizona State University (ASU) is easily commutable by light rail.

Here at 2nd Avenue Commons, some floorplans in both our one- and two-bedroom layouts have walk in closets, pantry and linen closets too!

2nd Avenue Commons offers smart home lock and thermostats for convenience and efficiency.

2nd Avenue Commons is just a few blocks away from all of the Downtown Mesa restaurants along Main Street like Tacos Chiwas, Worth Takeaway,12 West, Mangos Mexican Café, and so many more! Residents are sure to find a favorite spot in no time!

The closest gym to 2nd Avenue is the one we have here in the community! Our gym is 24/7 with brand new interactive cardio equipment, free weights, a TRX, and more; giving you everything you would need for a good workout. If you are looking for a larger gym with different fitness offerings, you’ll want to try Esporta Fitness on the NE corner of University and Stapley. They offer group fitness classes and personal training as well.

2nd Avenue Commons has a golf course just 5 minutes away on County Club Drive called Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club. The East Valley has many beautiful golf courses that cater to any skill level, you’re sure to a few more within a 20-30 minute drive! Dobson Ranch Golf Course even has night play!

About 25 minutes away from 2nd Avenue Commons is the Tonto National Forest! Downtown Mesa is a close drive to many of the amazing Superstition Mountain Trails, and quick getaway to the north in the Payson/Pine/Strawberry area.
